Meet Edgar Iniestra
Edgar Iniestra is the Principal of NCG Business Advisors and an Enrolled Agent specializing in tax strategy, accounting, IRS representation, and business advisory.
Born and raised in Dallas, Edgar has spent approximately eight years working in tax and accounting and has developed his practice around helping business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals better understand both their taxes and their financial decisions.
Edgar believes effective tax advisory should be proactive rather than limited to preparing a return after the year is over. His work frequently involves tax planning, business structuring, accounting, real estate tax strategy, cost segregation, IRS matters, business transactions, valuations, and other financial decisions affecting privately held businesses and their owners.
His approach is highly relationship-driven. Clients should be able to communicate directly with their advisor, understand the reasoning behind recommendations, and have someone available as their financial circumstances evolve.
Outside of work, Edgar enjoys playing golf, staying active in the gym, spending time with friends and family, and building relationships throughout the Dallas business community.
Growing up in Dallas taught him the importance of family, trust, reliability, and maintaining strong personal relationships — values that continue to shape the way he works with clients today.
